Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 6, 2026
The short version
- You can play without an account. Your progress is saved on your device.
- Gameplay usage data is only sent if you allow it, under an anonymous ID.
- We don't sell your data.
- You can delete your account and data at any time, in the game or by email.
1. Who we are
Slime Pop is made by Ironbloom Games ("we", "us"), the controller of the personal data processed in the game and on this site. Contact: privacidade@ironbloomgames.com.
This policy covers the Slime Pop app (Android and iPhone) and this website. We follow Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and, where they apply to you, other privacy laws such as the GDPR.
2. What we collect
Game progress
Levels, stars, currencies, looks, achievements and settings (sound, language, graphics quality). This is stored on your device.
Account (optional)
If you sign in with Google, Facebook or Apple, we receive an account identifier and, depending on what the provider shares, your name and email. We use this to save your progress in the cloud and restore your purchases on another device.
Usage data (only with your permission)
On your 2nd match the game asks whether you'd like to help improve it. If you agree, we record game events — match start and end, score, levels, rewarded videos offered and watched, purchases — linked to a random anonymous identifier. These records don't include your name, email, device model or location.
Crash reports
If the app crashes, we send technical details about the error (app version, operating system, device type and time of the crash) so we can fix it.
Purchases
Payments are handled by Google Play or the App Store. We never receive your card details; we only receive a purchase receipt to deliver the item and prevent fraud.
Ads
The game shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address and information about how you interact with ads. Players who buy "No Ads" don't see ads between levels.
Website
If you sign up to hear about the launch, we keep your email address.
3. How we use it
- To run the game and save your progress.
- To sync your progress across devices, if you have an account.
- To deliver and restore purchases and prevent fraud.
- To show ads and rewarded videos (videos are always optional).
- To understand how the game is played and improve it, if you allow it.
- To fix crashes.
- To send phone notifications (such as the daily gift), only if you allow them.
- To email you news, if you signed up.
We never use your data to make the game harder or to push ads on you. Difficulty only adapts to how you play.
4. Legal bases
- Performance of a contract: running the game, your account, cloud saves and purchases.
- Consent: usage data, notifications, news emails and, where required, personalized ads.
- Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention and crash reports.
- Legal obligation: when the law requires us to keep or disclose data.
5. Who we share it with
We use third-party services that process data on our behalf or under their own policies:
- Google — Firebase (sign-in, cloud saves, usage analytics and crash reports), AdMob (ads), Google Play (purchases) and Google Play Games (leaderboards and achievements).
- Apple — Sign in with Apple, App Store (purchases) and Game Center.
- Meta — Facebook Login.
- HostGator — hosting for this website and for the emails collected by the launch sign-up form.
We don't sell or rent your data. We only share it with authorities when legally required or under a court order.
6. International transfers
Some of these services store data on servers outside Brazil, such as in the United States. In those cases we rely on providers that offer appropriate data protection safeguards.
7. How long we keep it
- Progress on your device: until you erase your progress or uninstall the app.
- Cloud progress and account data: for as long as your account exists.
- Usage data: up to 24 months, then deleted or turned into aggregate numbers that don't identify anyone.
- Crash reports: up to 90 days.
- News email: until you unsubscribe.
- Purchase receipts: for as long as the law requires.
8. Your rights and choices
You can ask us to confirm whether we process your data, access it, correct it, anonymize it, move it, delete it, tell you who we share it with, or withdraw your consent. Email privacidade@ironbloomgames.com and we'll reply within 15 days.
In the game itself:
- Settings → Privacy: turn usage data on or off, view your game data and delete your usage data.
- Settings → Notifications: turn notifications on or off.
- Settings → Erase progress: erases progress on the device (your purchases are kept).
- Personalized ads: you can reset or turn off your advertising ID in your phone's settings. On iPhone, the system asks before allowing tracking.
You can also file a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Brazil, the ANPD).
9. How to delete your account and data
In the game: Settings → Account → "Delete account and cloud data" (confirm with two taps). This deletes your cloud progress and account data. The copy on your device stays until you erase it or uninstall the app.
Without access to the game: email privacidade@ironbloomgames.com with the subject "Delete account" and tell us which service you signed in with (Google, Facebook or Apple). We delete your data within 15 days and confirm by email.
Your purchase history remains on record with Google Play or the App Store, under each store's rules.
10. Children
Slime Pop is rated 13+ and isn't intended for children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from children. If you're a parent or guardian and believe a child has sent us data, contact us and we'll delete it.
11. Security
Data is sent encrypted, access is restricted and saves are backed up with integrity checks. No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you of any significant incident as the law requires.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and let you know in the game when the change is important.
13. Contact
